Modelling transdisciplinary pedagogy: A method for collaborative curriculum design

This article explores a transdisciplinary, collaborative, curriculum design project to promote institutional belonging as driver of student engagement, and equip graduates with the fluency work across disciplines. It demonstrates facilitated method, construct learning outcomes that break typical subject-based knowledge associated hierarchies expertise. After considering small number precedents, authors use models inform specification. Following formation multidisciplinary team, development tool (Lego® Serious Play®) was selected for workshop. A qualitative analysis workshop transcript then used common module be taken by all first-year undergraduates.
